1 Conditions of participation | | 1.1 Eligible | | You must be at least 12 years old and not being described in article 7 of this document. You automatically take part to the contests after your registration on Pyramadis and activativation of your account by email. You can also increase your chances to win when you become a free player and play regularly. At the beginning, all the participants have the same chances to win cash prizes. |
| 1.2 Free participation | | You can take part for free by registering a new account (only one account per person) and activating it (click the activation link by email) on Pyramadis and no purchase is necessary. On the other hand, you can increase your chances when you become a player. |
| 1.3 Disclosure agreement | | When you take part in the contests, if you win, you accept the publication of your name, first name, country and city on the website of Pyramadis in order to post winners of the contests. Any other information is preserved securely and will not be published or sent to another organization. Also, you agree to transmit your information to the «Regie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Quebec» of Quebec for legal inquires. |
| 1.4 Legal note | | The contests announced on Pyramadis are in conformity with the laws and rules of Canada (Quebec) according to the «Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec». You must make sure that your country authorizes the participation in such contests before taking part in it. |

| 2 How to participate | | 2.1 Registration | | In order to obtain a free participation in the contests, you must be registered on the Pyramadis website in the «Register» section and your account must be activated (click the activation link by email). All the gathered information during your registration is stored securely and no information is revealed to any other organization. |
| 2.2 Increase your chances | | Initially, all the registered members with an activated account have an equal chance to win a cash prize during a contest. If you wish to increase your chances to win, you can become a player. While playing regularly, each built pyramid gives you an additional participation! |

| 3 Date and time of participation | | 3.1 Beginning of a contest | | Each beginning and ending dates of contests will be announced publicly to the participants 30 days after the end of the construction of a pyramid. Thus, it's the beginning of a new contest. Moreover, the cash prizes will then be revealed. On the other hand, even if the contest is not launched yet, it is possible for you to play and build your pyramids which will give you more chances to win when the contest begins. |
| 3.2 Ending of a contest | | Les concours sont d'une durée de 30 jours. Ainsi, lorsqu'une pyramide est terminée et construite, le concours débute 30 jours plus tard. Par la suite, il se terminera 30 jours après son commencement à 23:59:59 HNE (heure normale de l'est du Canada). Lorsqu'un concours se termine, les joueurs retournent à l'état initial et doivent poursuivre la construction de nouvelles pyramides pour améliorer leurs chances de gagner à nouveau pour le prochain concours. | 3.3 Quantity of contests | | Pyramadis is planning 7 contests of type «Build the pyramids». A contest begins 30 days after the end of the construction of a pyramid. Only one contest at the same time can take place. |

| 4 Giving cash prizes | | 4.1 Cash prizes | | The cash prizes are revealed only when one contest is launched (30 days after the complete construction of a pyramid). The cash prizes will vary from 25$ Canadian dollars (CAD) to 5 000$ Canadian dollars (CAD) and at least 100 cash prizes are planned. An advertising contest begins only 30 days after a pyramid is entirely built and the duration is 30 days. |
| 4.2 Prizes amount | | The prices can vary from 25$ Canadian dollars (CAD) to 5 000$ Canadian dollars (CAD) and they are approximate amounts since you will receive the money by PayPal or Western Union and some minimum charges apply by its organizations for the money transfer. |
| 4.3 Principle | | Each person having won a cash prize during a contest cannot win any more cash prize for this contest. On the other hand, this person is still automatically eligible to all other Pyramadis contests! |

| 5 Selecting winners | | 5.1 Draw | | The attribution of cash prizes is done randomly and automatically according to the whole received participations (registered member and activated account). The algorithm used for the distribution of the cash prizes is randomly impartial and automatic, thus giving an equal chance to all the participants. |
| 5.2 Winners | | The list of all winners or each contests will be posted in the «Contest» section on our website www.pyramadis.com. |
| 5.3 Eligibility | | A person not being eligible to a contest and having won a cash prize will be automatically disqualified for all other contests. In order to preserve chances to win equal for all the participants, another randomly winner will then be selected automatically. |

| 6 Claiming cash prizes | | 6.1 Reception of the prize | | The cash prizes will be sent to your PayPal account or by Western Union. PayPal is a secure online payment system allowing you to link your bank account with your PayPal account (www.paypal.com). You will also be able to claim your prize with Western Union (www.westernunion.com). All the cash prizes are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and no purchase is necessary to take part in the contests. The prizes are approximate since the attribution of your prize require certain expenses necessary out of our control during the money transfer (Paypal or Western Union). |
| 6.2 Claiming your prize | | The list of winners will be revealed in the «Winners» section within maximum 48 hours after the end of a contest. All winners will be automatically contacted by email (and via the messaging system of Pyramadis on the site) and will have to express their intention to claim their prize within 30 day. As long as the person did not claim the prize, an email will be transmitted each week to this person for a total of 4 weeks. If your email is invalid or inaccurate, that leaves you several weeks to update your account or contact us and thus to be able to claim your prize before the expiration date of 30 days. |
| 6.3 Math question | | You must correctly answer to a simple mathematical question in order to receive your cash prize. If you do not answer correctly, you will not be able to have a second chance and you will not win your prize. The mathematical question will be of the type: (A + B) x C = D, where «A», «B» and «C» are positive integers, «+» is an addition, «x» is a multiplication and «D» is your answer to the test. |
| 6.4 Required information | | You must update your profile on Pyramadis so that all the necessary information confirm your identity and that you can receive your cash prize properly. |
| 6.5 Prize not claimed | | After 30 days following the completion date of a contest, it is not possible any more to claim its cash prize if you did not do it beforehand. Any complaint then will be strictly rejected. Make sure to answer to your email quickly (or with the messaging system of Pyramadis) and to fully collaborate. |

| 7 Exclusion of participation | | 7.1 Excluded people | | The person for the benefit of which the advertising contests are held, her employees or the people with whom they lived cannot take part in this contest. |
| 7.2 Minimum age | | You must be at least 12 years old to take part in the contests. If you are not 12 years old, you will not be eligible to win the cash prizes. |
| 7.3 Restrictions | | The contests are in conformity with the laws and rules of Canada. In order to be eligible to the contests, please make sure that your area or country authorizes you the participation in our contests. |

| 8 Jurisdiction | | 8.1 Complaints for contests | | Pyramadis will do as much as possible to regulate any conflict or disagreement with all the participants of the contests. On the other hand, when you take part in a contest, that implies that you filled the agreement of participation and thus entirely agreed all the rules of the contest. Thus, we are not responsible of a bad interpretation of a rule and it is your responsibility to contact us if a rule does not seem to you sufficiently clear. |
| 8.2 General complaints | | Pyramadis will try to regulate all the problems with the concerned people. Thank you to respect our impartial decisions. |
| 8.3 Disagreement | | A disagreement about an advertising contest can be initially sent to Pyramadis for an agreement or be submitted to the «Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec» (Canada, Quebec). A disagreement for the attribution of a prize can be submitted to the «Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec» only to regulate it. |
